I submitted my request and they were done based on the prescription and work great. My only issue is that it did take longer than expected to be made and shipped and also the instruction video on the website would not work without requiring a log in to verify I was a person. I ended up googling the video and pulled it up on YouTube instead of using the provided link. These minor inconveniences aside, the product is what I purchased. And even though it’s more expensive than some of the other companies out there, I believe that the trust of getting a quality product from a reputable dealer is more important. And these guys you can trust.
I was a bit confused on how to install the backing plates. Once you get them in the correct orientation they snap into place. I wish the lenses would adhere to the plate better. They fall of quite easily. Other than that I’m amazed at how clear they make the the view. Well done.

After waiting almost two months for my lenses to come in. It was worth the wait. Crystal clear, I'm glad they took the time to make sure they we're scratch free. Very easy to install.
One of the things that I love the most about my reloptix prescription lens inserts is that I don't even think about them. May sound a little strange but what it means is when I pull off my glasses and put on my quest 3 The lenses are just there. Simple, easy, efficient and giving me a beautiful view in my headset. At first I wasn't sure about having to constantly pull my glasses off but measuring that against scratching either my glasses, which happened in the past before getting the reloptix lenses, or the lenses on my VR headset it's no contest. Thanks so much for making such a wonderful quality product that was so easy to order.
Glad I made the purchase. It's so nice to play my Quest 3 without wearing my glasses. Easier to install than my wife's VR-Rock lenes. Highly recommended!

I wear a complex prescription and was a little hesitant to order these lenses. I sent them a text with my concerns. They told me to text them a copy of my latest prescription with my order, which I did. Took them a while, but was well worth the wait. They NAILED IT ! Works great. So much better than squeezing my glasses into my quest. Outstanding! Thanks Reloptix.

One of the best choices I could have made. Really easy to install, don’t get in the way, perfect fit, ease of mind in preventing own glasses from scratching the screen. The inserts come off easy if you are passing the quest to someone else. Would recommend every time.

I had a rift back in 2016. I thought my prescription was too strong for lense inserts. I wore glasses under it and it hurt. It was pretty uncomfortable. I tried to get it going again and couldn't. So I finally picked up a quest 3 and decided to get the lenses this time.
These are amazing! Reloptix seems to put alot of care and pride into there product. I can almost see better in VR than i can in real life. My eyelashes dont rub them even with the facial interface spacer setting real close. It's comfortable as ever. Feels like VR for the first time again.
The special attention given to customer satisfaction is top notch. Clearly this company wants the customer to be satisfied with their purchase and to have them know how much they are appreciated. My order was processed very quickly with regular emails detailing the process. I am very pleased with the improvement the lenses brought to the visuals of my Quest 2 headset. My only complaint is the comfort change on how the lenses pinch my nose bridge. I need to set the headset pupillary ocular distance to the smallest distance. With the added lenses this results in an uncomfortable pressure pinch on the bridge of my nose over time. A softer frame material or redesign of the plastic to reduce pressure at this specific location would be a welcomed change. Otherwise a great product with equally great customer service.
I’d heard people say these lenses are a game changer and they sure are. Makes wearing the headset more comfortable. Since I have bifocals I was concerned they were only the distance script but they are perfect!
